Refunds & Returns Policy

At Tazur, every product is carefully curated to meet our standards of quality, authenticity, and design. Because of the exclusive and limited nature of the items we feature, all sales are final.
1. No Returns
- We do not accept returns of any kind, including but not limited to size, fit, color, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
- Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
2. No Refunds
- Payments are non-refundable. This applies to all product purchases, service fees, digital goods, and subscriptions.
- Refunds are not issued due to delayed shipping, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Exceptions (at Tazur’s Sole Discretion)
In rare cases, and only at Tazur’s sole discretion, we may consider replacements or remedies if:
- An item arrives damaged due to a verified manufacturing defect.
- The wrong item is shipped in error.
In such cases:
- You must notify us at su*****@****ur.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the issue.
- If approved, Tazur may provide a replacement or store credit. Monetary refunds will not be issued.
- Claims made after 48 hours will not be considered.
4. Shipping & Risk of Loss
- All risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once an order is confirmed and handed to the carrier.
- Tazur is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft during transit.
- Any claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
5. Final Sale Notice
By purchasing from Tazur, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All purchases are final.
- No returns, cancellations, or refunds will be provided under any circumstances except at Tazur’s sole discretion as stated above.
