- Delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, and selected service.
- Any quoted shipping or delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
3. Risk of Loss & Title Transfer
- Once an order is handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
- Tazur is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, damage, or customs issues once the package is in transit.
- Customers must file claims directly with the carrier for lost or damaged shipments.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and method selected.
- International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
5. Delivery Issues
- If an order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Tazur is not responsible for non-receipt.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and secure.
- Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will not be eligible for a refund.
6. Pre-Orders & Limited Releases
- Pre-order and limited-edition products may have extended processing and delivery timelines.
