  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, and selected service.
  • Any quoted shipping or delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

3. Risk of Loss & Title Transfer

  • Once an order is handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
  • Tazur is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, damage, or customs issues once the package is in transit.
  • Customers must file claims directly with the carrier for lost or damaged shipments.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and method selected.
  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

5. Delivery Issues

  • If an order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Tazur is not responsible for non-receipt.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and secure.
  • Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

  • Pre-order and limited-edition products may have extended processing and delivery timelines.

7. International Shipping Notice

  • Customs processing may cause additional delays outside of our control.
  • Customers are solely responsible for compliance with local import regulations.
  • Tazur will not issue refunds for shipments delayed, held, or seized by customs authorities.
